Wilridge Distillery & Spirits
With a vineyard and an orchard, and having land to grow on, Vintner Paul Beveridge continues to expand his selection of Estate offerings to include Brandies distilled from the estate vineyard's Grapes, Gala Apples and Bartlett Pears.
In addition to the award-winning wines we've have produced at the vineyard on Naches Heights the Wilridge Distillery features a hand-hammered copper alembic potstill for making brandies from the estate vineyard's grapes, apples and pears.
The traditional potstill allows Wilridge to capture all of the delicate fruit aromas in the brandies, building a truly local palate to pair with this fresh, cider-splashed apple crisp.
And, like the Estate Wines, our Estate Brandy is certified Organic, Biodynamic and SalmonSafe, consistent with Wilridge's reputation as the "greenest" vineyard, winery and distillery in Washington State.
